Merchant’s Fair Agreement

This Merchant’s Fair Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into on January 29, 2026, by and between Pocket Events Philippines, hereinafter referred to as the “Event Organizer,” and the participating merchant (“Merchant”).

1. Event Details
The Event Organizer shall host a merchant fair event at Ayala Malls Fairview Terraces, Quezon City, scheduled from February 5 to 17, 2026, operating daily from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

2. Merchant Participation
The Merchant agrees to participate in the event and comply with all rules, regulations, safety standards, and operational guidelines set by the Event Organizer.

3. Booth & Operations
Booth assignments, layout instructions, and operational requirements shall be communicated prior to the event. The Merchant agrees to operate strictly within the assigned booth area and use only approved equipment.

4. Fees & Payments
All participation fees, deposits, and payment terms shall be provided separately. The Merchant agrees to settle all required payments within the specified deadlines.

5. Compliance & Liability
The Merchant is responsible for securing all required permits, licenses, and complying with applicable laws, health standards, and safety regulations.

6. Termination
The Event Organizer reserves the right to terminate participation of any Merchant who violates event policies or poses safety or operational risks.
